By using TgChatMemory ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TgChatMemory is a Telegram bot that monitors your selected chats and groups, detects when messages are deleted, and forwards the recovered content to your Saved Messages. The Service requires you to authorize our bot to access your Telegram account.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and have a valid Telegram account to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you comply with Telegram's Terms of Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the Service to violate any laws or third-party rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Use the Service in any way that violates Telegram's Terms of Service

5. Subscription and Payment

Certain features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all deleted messages will be recovered. Use at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TgChatMemory and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes when practicable.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.
